Do sedation computers work better during surgery or after?
NCT ID NCT06584097
Summary
This study aims to see if computer models that help doctors give the right amount of sedation drugs work as well after brain surgery as they do during surgery. Researchers will observe 42 adult patients who need sedation after elective brain surgery. They'll compare how accurately the models predict drug levels in the intensive care unit versus during the operation itself.
