Double dose hope for stubborn strokes
NCT ID NCT07375953
Summary
This study is testing whether giving a second dose of a clot-busting drug helps stroke patients who don't show improvement after the first standard dose. Researchers will enroll 120 adults who had a stroke within 3 hours and received the initial medication but didn't get better. The main goal is to check if a second dose given within 4.5 hours of stroke onset is safe and might lead to better recovery.
