Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether it's safe to give patients a second dose of CAR-T cell therapy if their aggressive lymphoma returns after the first treatment. Researchers will enroll about 20 adults whose cancer came back despite receiving standard CAR-T therapy. The main goal is to check for serious side effects in the first month after the second infusion.
