First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study compared two exercise programs—SEAS and BSPTS—for teens with mild to moderate scoliosis (curves under 30 degrees). Thirty adolescents completed the treatments to see which method better stops the curve from getting worse. The goal is to manage the condition and avoid surgery, not to cure it.
