Summary
This study looks for new biological markers to help doctors quickly diagnose acute mesenteric ischemia, a condition where blood flow to the intestine is blocked. Researchers will analyze blood and tissue samples from 556 adults with sudden severe belly pain. The goal is to find early signs of the disease so treatment can start sooner.
