Summary
This study aims to understand how screen time affects the health and well-being of Egyptian teenagers. Researchers will survey 385 adolescents aged 13-18 about their screen habits, sleep quality, physical activity, posture, and overall quality of life. The goal is to gather information about potential links between screen use and health issues in this specific population.
