This study compares two treatments for advanced liver cancer (BCLC stage C): standard drug therapy alone versus drug therapy plus a precise type of radiation called stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT). The goal is to see if adding radiation helps people live longer. About 184 adults aged 18-70 with good liver function will take part. The study is currently recruiting.
