Radiation boost may extend lives in advanced liver cancer

Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer (BCLC stage C) that has spread to blood vessels or other organs. It compares standard drug therapy alone versus drug therapy plus a precise type of radiation called SBRT. The goal is to see if adding radiation helps people live longer and improves quality of life. About 184 adults aged 18-70 with good liver function are being enrolled.
