Summary

This study tests if scrambler therapy, a non-invasive nerve stimulation treatment, can reduce pain in people with corticobasal syndrome (CBS), a rare brain disease. About 25 adults with CBS and daily pain will receive either scrambler therapy or standard TENS treatment. The goal is to see if scrambler therapy lowers pain scores by at least one-third after one month.
