Summary
This study aims to understand whether men and women with scoliosis experience pain differently during specific spine exercises. Researchers will have 50 participants perform controlled exercises using a physiotherapy roller three times a week for six weeks. The study will measure pain levels before and after the exercise program to see if gender affects pain perception.
