Scientists probe hidden links between teenage flexibility and spinal curves

NCT ID NCT07249541

Summary

This study aims to understand if having very flexible joints or certain foot postures is connected to how severe a spinal curve (scoliosis) is in teenagers. Researchers will measure joint flexibility and foot alignment in 40 teens diagnosed with scoliosis to look for patterns. The goal is to gather knowledge that might help guide future care approaches, not to test a treatment.
