Summary

This study compares two exercise programs—Schroth and Scientific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis—to see which better corrects spine curves in teens with mild scoliosis. About 30 teenagers aged 13 to 18 with curves between 10 and 25 degrees will participate. The goal is to find the most effective way to improve spine alignment and quality of life.
