New hope for scleroderma lung disease: major trial underway

Summary
This study tests several new medicines to see if they can improve lung function in people with scleroderma-related lung scarring. About 400 adults will receive either an experimental drug or a placebo for one year. The main goal is to measure changes in breathing capacity.
