Summary
This study tests whether adding radiotherapy to immunotherapy and chemotherapy can help people with advanced small cell lung cancer that has spread to the liver. It includes 30 adults aged 18-75 who have already tried standard treatments. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and delays disease progression.
