Summary

This study compares two methods of cutting the uterus during planned C-sections: using scissors versus a scalpel. The goal is to see which tool causes less blood loss. The study will include 140 pregnant women aged 18-40 with a full-term pregnancy (37-42 weeks) who are scheduled for a planned C-section.
