Summary
This study compared two physical therapy techniques—neurodynamic mobilization and Mulligan SNAGs—in 66 people with chronic sciatica caused by a disc problem. The goal was to see which method better reduces pain and improves daily function. Participants had leg pain for at least six months and were treated and measured for pain sensitivity, pain intensity, and leg movement.
