Needle & zap: new hope for stubborn sciatica pain?

NCT ID NCT07377357

Summary

This study is testing if a single 30-minute session of electrical nerve stimulation can reduce leg pain from long-term sciatica. Researchers will compare this treatment to three other options, including a placebo, in 88 people. The goal is to find a safe, non-drug, non-surgical way to ease pain and improve daily function for those who haven't found lasting relief.
