First seen Apr 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested two physical therapy techniques—neural mobilization and manual myofascial release—in 48 adults with chronic sciatica (pain lasting over 3 months). The goal was to see which approach better reduces pain, improves movement, and helps daily function. Participants received one of the two treatments, and their progress was measured using pain scales, range of motion tests, and a personalized functional questionnaire.
