Can scoliosis exercises reshape the teen brain?
NCT ID NCT06410456
Summary
This study aimed to understand how two different exercise programs affect the brain and body in teenage girls with mild scoliosis. Researchers compared specialized Schroth exercises, designed for scoliosis, to traditional exercises. They measured changes in brain structure, spinal curvature, and the body's sense of position to see if one approach had different effects.
