Can special exercises straighten Kids' posture?
NCT ID NCT06907914
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific set of exercises called the Schroth method can help improve posture in children with a rounded upper back (thoracic hyperkyphosis). 56 children will be randomly assigned to either do the 8-week Schroth exercise program or receive standard postural education. Researchers will measure how well the exercises activate the shoulder muscles, improve strength, and reduce the appearance of the rounded back and any related pain.
