First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 04, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a special 3D exercise program (the Schroth method) can improve trunk muscle endurance, sleep quality, and quality of life in adolescents aged 12-18 with hyperkyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back). Sixty participants will be assigned to the exercise program or a control group. The goal is to see if these exercises reduce pain, improve posture, and help teens feel better overall.
