First seen May 10, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether Schroth exercises, a type of physical therapy, can reduce pain and improve daily life for adults over 50 with degenerative scoliosis (a curved spine). Twenty people with mild to moderate curves and ongoing pain will either do the exercises or just be observed. The main goal is to see if a larger study is possible, but researchers will also check for early signs of pain relief and better function.
