NCT ID NCT06153316

Summary

This study aims to understand how school safety measures, like metal detectors and active shooter drills, affect the mental health and academic performance of students and staff. Researchers will compare survey responses from about 2,500 people at schools that have experienced a shooting with those from schools that have not. The goal is to gather evidence on whether current safety strategies help or unintentionally harm the well-being of the school community.
