Summary
This study tested a school-based program called Unstuck & On Target High School for autistic teens. The program teaches planning and flexibility skills through 25 one-hour lessons delivered by school staff. 178 teens took part, and researchers measured changes in classroom behavior and daily living skills. Results showed improvements in both areas, helping teens prepare for life after high school.
