Summary
This study tested whether a school program called Super Skills for Life can help prevent anxiety and depression in children. Researchers worked with 126 fifth-grade students in Pakistan who showed signs of anxiety. Schools were randomly assigned to either run the 8-session program immediately or wait, allowing comparison of outcomes like anxiety levels, self-esteem, and social skills before, after, and six months later.
