Summary

This study tested whether an 8-session school program called Super Skills for Life could help children with anxiety and depression. The program, based on cognitive-behavioral therapy, aimed to reduce symptoms and improve self-esteem, social skills, and quality of life. Researchers compared 126 fifth-grade children from six schools in Pakistan, with some receiving the program immediately and others waiting.
