Classroom program aims to empower Kids' mental health
NCT ID NCT06354907
Summary
This study is testing a school-based program designed to help children aged 6-12 manage symptoms of anxiety and depression. It teaches coping and emotion regulation skills directly in the classroom, aiming to reach kids who might not have access to traditional mental health care. Researchers are comparing 120 children who get the program first to a group that receives it later to see if it reduces symptoms and improves well-being.
