Summary

This study tested different ways to help schools run nutrition and exercise programs more effectively. Researchers worked with 16 elementary schools in Texas to see which methods best reduced children's risk factors for future heart disease. They measured students' weight, fitness, blood pressure, and other health markers over a school year.
