Summary
This study is testing a new training and support program for bilingual school mental health staff. The goal is to help these staff members effectively deliver a proven group therapy program (called STRONG) to middle and high school students who are new immigrants. Researchers will see if the training program is practical and helpful for school staff, and if it leads to better mental health outcomes for the students.
