First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests two school-based programs (WeJoy and WeHop) to see if they can improve mental health, sleep, and physical activity in primary school students after the COVID-19 pandemic. About 40 children in grades 3-5 will try the programs, and researchers will measure changes in mood, activity levels, and sleep quality. The goal is to find out if these programs are practical and helpful for kids.
