Free fruit for students: can stands and campaigns change snacking habits?
NCT ID NCT07385820
Summary
This study is testing two ways to get students to eat more fruit at school. Researchers are placing free fruit stands in schools; some schools get just the stands, while others also get a health-awareness campaign. About 300 Swedish students, aged 7 to 19, will use a phone app to photograph their meals to see which strategy works better at promoting healthy snacking.
