NCT ID NCT07501689

Summary

This study is testing a new middle school science curriculum designed to teach students about cancer risk and healthy choices. The program involves 14 lessons taught by regular teachers in 10 New York City public schools. Researchers want to see if learning about cancer prevention makes students more likely to plan healthy behaviors and talk with their families about reducing cancer risk.
