Summary
This study tested a classroom workshop led by physical therapists to teach children healthy habits for their backs. Over 300 kids aged 9-11 learned about better posture, safe backpack use, physical activity, and screen time. The goal was to see if this education could prevent or reduce back pain and improve daily habits over three months.
