Summary
This study tested whether a type of psychotherapy called schema therapy could help people with personality disorders who are receiving outpatient forensic mental health care. It involved 5 participants and aimed to see if the therapy could improve their thinking patterns, reduce their risk of committing new offenses, and improve their overall quality of life. The study carefully tracked each person's progress over time using questionnaires and risk assessments.
