Summary
This study is testing a specialized form of talk therapy called schema therapy for people whose depression is long-lasting and hasn't responded well to medication. It will compare 30 weekly sessions of schema therapy against the usual therapy offered in Denmark. The goal is to see if this deeper, longer therapy is more effective at reducing depression symptoms and improving daily life for this specific group.
