Veterans' back pain study aims to find the best Non-Drug relief

Summary

This study is for Veterans with chronic low back pain lasting at least 6 months. It compares different non-surgical treatments like online pain management, physical therapy, yoga, spinal manipulation, and cognitive behavioral therapy to see which works best. The goal is to reduce how much pain interferes with daily life. About 2,500 Veterans will take part across 20 VA centers.
