Summary

This study aims to find the best non-surgical, non-drug treatments for chronic low back pain in Veterans. About 2,500 Veterans will be randomly assigned to different treatments, including online pain self-management, enhanced physical therapy, yoga, spinal manipulation, or cognitive behavioral therapy. The goal is to see which approach reduces pain interference with daily life the most over three months.
