Summary

This study tests a drug called eplerenone in 40 people who have both heart failure with reduced pumping function and severe chronic kidney disease. The goal is to see if it is safe and can help improve symptoms and reduce hospital visits. Participants will take the drug and be closely monitored for side effects like high potassium levels.
