Summary
This study tests a program called YACHT to help health clinics in Florida provide better HIV testing and prevention counseling for young men who have sex with men (ages 13-34). The program includes training for staff and secret shoppers to check service quality. Researchers hope to increase the number of HIV tests and improve how clinics offer prevention options like PrEP. About 210 people from 42 clinics across seven Florida counties will take part.
