First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests a special scale that measures heart signals to predict fluid overload in people with kidney disease on peritoneal dialysis. About 125 adults will use the scale at home to see if it can alert them before a serious event, like an emergency room visit. The goal is to reduce hospital visits and improve safety.
