First seen Apr 07, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study is for men whose prostate cancer has returned and spread to a few spots (up to 5) in the bones or lymph nodes. It compares standard radiation therapy alone versus radiation plus an immunotherapy drug called durvalumab. The goal is to see if adding the drug helps keep the cancer from growing longer. About 96 men will take part, and the treatment lasts up to 12 months.
