New radiation approach may offer better pain relief for bone cancer patients

Summary
This study tests whether a newer, more precise type of radiation (SBRT) works better than standard radiation for easing pain from cancer that has spread to the bones. About 220 adults with solid tumors or multiple myeloma who have pain in their bones will take part. The goal is to see if SBRT can provide better pain control with fewer side effects.
