Summary

This phase 2 trial tests whether a shorter, more intense radiation course (SBRT) causes fewer side effects than standard daily radiation (IMRT) in men with high-risk prostate cancer. Both groups also receive hormone therapy. The study will compare side effects, quality of life, and cancer control over 5 years.
