First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding targeted radiation (SBRT) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help people with advanced bile duct cancer live longer without their cancer growing. About 123 adults with untreated, inoperable bile duct cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard treatment or the standard treatment plus radiation. The goal is to see if the combination is more effective and safe.
