Precision radiation blasts prostate cancer in days
NCT ID NCT02296229
Summary
This study is testing a focused, high-dose radiation treatment called SBRT for men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread. The goal is to see if this shorter treatment schedule (5 sessions over 2 weeks) can effectively control the cancer while minimizing side effects and maintaining quality of life. Researchers will track cancer control, side effects, and patient well-being for years after treatment.
