Summary

This study tests whether SB27, a biosimilar drug, works as well as the standard treatment Keytruda for people with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer. About 555 adults who have not had prior treatment for their stage IV cancer will receive either SB27 or Keytruda along with chemotherapy every 3 weeks. The main goal is to compare how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear after 24 weeks.
