Summary

This study looks at two different surgical methods for removing simple ovarian cysts in girls and teenagers. The goal is to find out which technique better protects the ovary's egg supply and lowers the chance of the cyst coming back. About 80 participants aged 1 to 18 with cysts 4 cm or larger will be enrolled. The results will help doctors choose the best surgery for young patients.
