Summary
This study looks at two different surgical methods for removing simple ovarian cysts in girls and teens. The goal is to find out which technique better preserves the ovary's egg supply and lowers the chance of the cyst coming back. About 80 participants aged 1 to 18 with cysts 4 cm or larger will be enrolled.
