New heart pump tested against standard balloon in High-Risk procedures

Summary
This study tests a new device called NyokAssist against a standard balloon pump in people having high-risk angioplasty (a procedure to open blocked heart arteries). About 236 adults with severe heart disease will be randomly assigned to receive one of the two devices during their procedure. The main goal is to see if NyokAssist reduces major heart and brain complications.
