This study will create a national registry to collect data on 3,000 adults undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery in Saudi Arabia. The goal is to track complications, recovery, and quality of life for one year after surgery. This information will help hospitals improve care and set national standards for heart surgery.
