Summary

This study tests a new device called SATURN that can repair a leaky mitral valve in the heart without open-heart surgery. It is for people aged 65 and older with severe symptoms who are too high-risk for traditional surgery. The goal is to see if the device is safe and can reduce the leak to a mild level or less.
