First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This early-stage study looks at how the experimental drug saruparib affects other medicines in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. About 41 participants will take saruparib along with common drugs to see if it changes their levels in the body. The study also compares two different tablet forms of saruparib and checks how a stomach-acid reducer affects its absorption.
